The INCI name is Sodium Lauroyl Glutamate and it's primarily used in personal care products for skin, hair and body care. In hair care products it's very beneficial for improving the combability of both wet and dry hair. Glutamate SL100 is a high foaming surfactant, that boosts overall foaming properties. It's extremely mild and gentle to the skin. Glutamate SL100 has a reasonable tolerance to salt and hard water.
