What is broccoli seed oil? Broccoli Seed Oil is an oil extracted from the seeds of the Brassica Oleracea Italica (broccoli) plants. Being high in omega 6 & 9, the oil created by cold pressing the broccoli seeds is nourishing and known for outstanding non greasy moisturizing properties. It is also very hydrating and improving the retention of moisture by the skin and hair. It is often used in hair care products like solid hair-masks, and shampoo and conditioner bars. In addition, it can be used very well in a wide variety of skin care products. It can be used for all hair and skin types, including sensitive skin, acne-prone skin, and is especially effective for dry hair.
The cold press production of our broccoli seed oil is a nice example of upcycling and recycling without wasting precious materials. Broccoli seed is normally used to grow broccoli sprouts and broccoli plants. Only seeds which do not sprout, which used to be wasted are used for the cold pressing. The cold pressing results in broccoli seed oil and broccoli press cake. The cake which remains after pressing is ground and used as exfoliant or as flour. The cold pressing production method ensures that a high percentage of the nutrients remain in the broccoli seed oil. Our broccoli seed oil does not contain preservatives and is 100% natural.

IngrePol PEG-150DS is a polyethylene glycol diester. It has strong thickener features in challenging surfactants formulations and thickens via an associative mechanism. Due to it's nonionic character, no neutralization is needed. IngrePol PEG-150DS is also used as a rheology modifier, to improve formulation efficiency. IngrePol PEG-150DS is a commonly used ingredient in a wide range of hair care, body care and skin care applications, including sunscreen products.

Behentrimonium Chloride is a cationic surfactant, also known as docosyltrimethylammonium chloride or BTAC-228, is widely used in hair applications. Providing antistatic and conditioning properties, Behentrimonium Chloride spreads easily on hair and imparts gloss, shine, and softening effects. It offers good wet combing enhancement and volumizing effects as well.

Glyceryl Stearate SE is an anionic self-emulsifying base that is widely used in a large range of various cosmetic applications such as eye creams, sunscreens, eye shadows, hair care and lotions. Coco Glucoside50 is an aqueous solution of Alkylpolyglucosides derived from natural C8-14 fatty alcohols. It is a natural surfactant suitable for use in a broad range of Personal Care, Household and Industrial products. Biodegradable and part of the mild green range of surfactants, Coco Glucoside50 provides excellent foaming, solubility, wetting and dispersing properties and is compatible with all classes of surfactants.

Lauryl Glucoside50 is an aqueous solution of mild surfactant that has good wetting, dispersing and emulsification properties. With excellent alkali stability and solubility, Lauryl Glucoside50 is of natural origin, is biodegradable and can be used in a wide range of personal care and home care applications. It is soluble in liquid formulations and contains high levels of builder and electrolytes.

IngreNox CP33, with an INCI name of Cocamidopropyl Amine Oxide, is a 33% active solution. It is frequently used in shampoos, conditioners, hair dyes and other hair products as well as a broad range of skin care applications. A cleansing agent, surfactant and foam booster, IngreNox CP33 is mild and a great choice for formulations for sensitive skin and low irritation applications.

Betaine CP30 is anamphoteric surfactant, manufactured from hydrogenated (hardened) coconut oil and is preserved with 0.3% sodium benzoate. It provides excellentviscosityfeatures and foam boosting characteristics to anionic based cleansers. It is commonly used inshampooformulations to improve conditioning effects for the hair and reduce static build up. Betaine CP30 is stable and efficacious over a broad pH spectrum and is suitable for cationic and anionic surfactants.

Ideal for foaming and cleaning products, Caprylyl-Capryl Glucoside50 is a 50% active in aqueous solution. It is a mild and readily biodegradable non-ionic surfactant. Caprylyl-Capryl Glucoside50 exhibits alkali stability and solubility and is compatible with all types of surfactants in personal care, household and industrial cleaning applications. Caprylyl-Capryl Glucoside60 is a glucose alkyl ether that contains 60% active in aqueous solution. This gentle surfactant is mild yet effective for solubilizing essential oils, fragrances and cationic surfactants. It is used in the formulations of personal care and home care products where foaming aromatherapy is desired. This ingredient is also used in blending carrier oils into products and combines well with other glucosides. 

Caprylyl-Capryl Glucoside70 contains 70% active in aqueous solution. By using this green ingredient in a formulation, you can increase the foaming capacity as well as foam density in the end application. Used frequently in skincare and haircare products, Caprylyl-Capryl Glucoside70 can also work as an emulsifier with essential oils.

Caprylyl-Capryl Glucoside66 is a mild, solubilizing, non-ionic surfactant that contains 66% active in aqueous solution with a pH of 7.0-9.0. Caprylyl/Capryl glucoside is an easy surfactant to work. It mixes easily with other surfactants for formulating body washes, luxurious Shampoos and finds uses in neutral. caustic and acidic hard surface cleaners for homecare, institutional and industrial surface cleaners. Caprylyl-Capryl Glucoside66 blends well with Cocamidopropyl Betaine.

A viscous, clear to slightly hazy liquid ingredient, Polyquaternium 22 can be used for numerous cosmetic products (mainly applied in rinse off product, but also used in leave on products) and can be formulated in extreme pH levels. Good compatibility with most amphoteric and anionic surfactants. Used in the right concentration, Polyquaternium 22 for hair is known for its good conditioning qualities, ability to provide stiff hold in hair styling products, and has excellent humidity resistance properties. Polyquaternium 22 in shampoo improves wet and dry combing. Polyquaternium 22 is an amphoteric polymer, an aqueous copolymer of acrylic acid and diallyl dimethyl ammonium chloride.

Parawax 700G has a maximum oil content of 0.5 and a melting point of 58-60C. This granular form of parrafin wax can seal in the skin keeping moisture inside. It is a natural emollient, helping make the skin supple and soft. When applied to the skin, it adds moisture and continues to boost the moisture levels of the skin after the treatment is complete.

Parawax 700L is sold in ISO tanks for large volume production. It has a melting point of 58-60C and an oil content of 0.5% max. Similar to other grades of the Parawax, 700L is used in a wide variety of industries that require large volumes of Parafin Wax.  With REACH certification, and its safety status, Parawax 700L can be used in a wide range of industries including paints, adhesives, personal care and ink.

Parawax 700S is an FDA certified paraffin wax product in slab form. This paraffin wax has a melting point of 58-60C and an oil content of 0.5% max. Paraffin waxes are made from petroleum using a specific refinement process to attain a specific set of parameters. Parawax 700S is used in a wide range of industries, from personal care and cosmetics to ink, paints and adhesives. Parawax 700S provides excellent gloss to formulations as well as moisturizing and lubricating properties. In addition it also thickens and stabilizes emulsions.
